यह page सीधी भाषा में explain करता है कि CrashAudit data कैसे handle करता है, कौन से cookies use होते हैं, और site use करने के terms। India DPDPA 2023 और GDPR (जहाँ applicable) के तहत। Last updated: 02/05/2026।

हम क्या data collect करते हैं
CrashAudit पर user registration नहीं है, हम games नहीं चलाते और payments process नहीं करते। हम सिर्फ minimum data collect करते हैं जो site चलाने और यह समझने के लिए ज़रूरी है कि क्या पढ़ा जा रहा है:
- Analytics cookies (आपके consent के बाद) — visit की pages, page पर समय, device (mobile/desktop), browser, country। हम नाम, email, phone या direct personal identifier collect नहीं करते।
- IP address — सिर्फ load time पर एक बार use करते हैं ताकि country detect करें और सही site version दिखाएँ (India → /hi/, Brazil → /pt/, etc.)। उसके बाद logs में full IP store नहीं करते — anonymization के लिए truncate करते हैं।
- Affiliate identifier (subID) — जब आप /go/ से casino click करते हैं, हम एक anonymous ID बनाते हैं जो click को commission से link करता है। आपका personal data इसमें नहीं।
- Email — सिर्फ अगर आप हमें भेजें — editor@crashaudit.com या privacy@crashaudit.com पर। Reply देने तक रखते हैं, maximum 12 months।
हम जो NOT collect करते: casino account data (हमारे पास access नहीं), banking history, personal documents, sensitive personal data (DPDPA category के तहत जैसे financial, health, biometric, sexual orientation आदि)।
Cookies का use कैसे होता है
Use में cookies की categories:
- Essential (बिना consent, legal basis: legitimate use) — site की basic functionality, chosen language, theme preferences। बिना इनके site load नहीं होगी।
- Analytics (consent के साथ) — Google Analytics 4 या privacy-respecting alternative (Plausible/Umami)। Page views, retention, devices measure करता है। IP anonymization default पर on।
- Affiliate tracking (consent के साथ) — जब आप /go/ click करते हैं, destination casino register करता है कि CrashAudit से आए। यह commission system कैसे काम करता है।
First visit पर consent banner appear होगा। आप सब accept कर सकते हैं, सब decline कर सकते हैं, या categories choose कर सकते हैं। आपकी choice respect होती है — analytics decline किया तो script load नहीं होगा।
Terms of Use
Site use करने पर आप agree करते हैं कि:
- Minimum age 18। Gambling minors के लिए prohibited है। 18 से कम हैं — site से बाहर निकलें।
- CrashAudit casino नहीं है। हम third-party casinos list करते हैं और editorial reviews देते हैं। आपका financial relationship operator के साथ है, हमारे साथ नहीं।
- Content informational है, legal या financial advice नहीं। Gambling में real money का loss होता है। Decision आपका है।
- आपकी jurisdiction में gambling की legality के लिए आप responsible हैं। India में state-by-state legal status वैरी करता है (Sikkim/Nagaland/Meghalaya licensed; अन्य states unclear)। खेलने से पहले अपने state का law check करें।
- Affiliate disclosure: हम commission earn करते हैं जब आप हमारे links से casino में sign up करते हैं। यह हर link पर
rel="sponsored"से marked है और About page पर openly disclosed। - No outcome guarantee। RTP, strategies और bankroll पर educational content profit का promise नहीं। House के पास हमेशा mathematical edge होता है (RTP < 100%)।
India DPDPA 2023 के तहत आपके rights
Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 के तहत Data Principal (आप) के rights:
- Right to Access — किस data का processing हो रहा है
- Right to Correction और Erasure — गलत data correct करवाएँ या delete करवाएँ
- Right of Grievance Redressal — हमारे साथ complaint file करें
- Right to Nominate — death या incapacity की स्थिति में किसी को nominate करें जो rights exercise करे
- Right to Withdraw Consent — कभी भी
Implementation: privacy@crashaudit.com। 30 days में respond करते हैं। Unsatisfied हैं तो Data Protection Board of India में complaint कर सकते हैं (DPDPA establishment के बाद operational)।
GDPR Rights (EU visitors)
अगर आप EU/EEA में हैं, GDPR भी apply होता है। Analogous rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection, automated decisions। वही email: privacy@crashaudit.com। Supervisory authority — आपके residence country की।
Retention और security
Analytics data 14 months तक retain (GA4 default)। Server logs (truncated IP) 30 days। Contact email resolution के बाद delete, max 12 months। Data sell नहीं करते — full stop।
Security: HTTPS mandatory (TLS 1.2+) valid Let's Encrypt certificate के साथ। Site static है (no backend, no login, no payment processed here) इसलिए password या card leak नहीं हो सकता — server पर वो data है ही नहीं। Hardened security headers (HSTS, CSP, X-Content-Type-Options) ops backlog पर हैं और CDN migration के साथ edge layer पर add होंगे; deploy होने पर यहाँ document करेंगे।
Children
Site exclusively 18+ के लिए directed है। हम जानबूझकर minors का data collect नहीं करते। Parent/guardian हैं और पता चला कि minor ward का data collect हुआ — privacy@crashaudit.com पर erasure request भेजें।
इस policy में changes
Material changes 30 days notice के साथ main page पर announce होंगे। Small editorial corrections without notice हो सकती हैं, लेकिन "Last updated" date हमेशा इस page के top पर visible रहेगी।
